I’m so pleased to announce that Lesley can join us on the beach for our second evening in the series of ‘an audience with…’
Since getting in touch with Lesley to invite her to the Fish Camp on Seatown Beach, Lesley has recently returned from the South of France and has taken inspiration from her trip to share with us her take on the classic Marseille bouillabaisse.
There are different variations of preparing & making of this dish and to what ingredients & fish are used. Lesley will guide us through a detailed demonstration on the beach using the best fish ingredients I can locally source.
They’ll be plenty for everyone, including a crab starter-crab demo by yours truly!
