All goods/alcohol must be received by an adult aged 18 years or over. If the person receiving the goods looks under 25, proof of age will be requested. If proof is not available and there is no-one of that age at the location when delivery is being made, the goods will be retained.
If Sally’s Fish Camp attempts to deliver your order to the delivery location as arranged with you but there is nobody at the delivery location to accept your order, the goods will be retained. In these circumstances, if we have to return to deliver the goods, a charge will become payable. Whilst SFC make every effort to deliver your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
Sally’s Fish Camp reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any order that is cancelled, or if numbers are reduced within 24hrs notice.
Sometimes the great British weather is not always on the fisherman’s side when it comes to hauling up lobster & crab pots, so with this in mind, there may be an occasion where we have to think of a plan B!
